With the National number 0700 and National number 0800 services you can be reachable to all your end customers on a single number, with calls answered by your nearest office. Every call to an 0700 number is charged at the standard rate of the operator the caller uses. You decide which of your offices a call is routed to.

Price
- A call to National Contact 0700 is charged to your end customers at the standard rate under the terms of the operator they use.
- A call to National Contact 0800 is free for your end customers, and you pay for the call.
- You pay nothing extra for incoming calls received on your main number.
When making and taking calls
- The main number and the additional numbers can all be used for incoming calls.
- Outgoing calls are possible only from the additional numbers, and present the digits of the additional number the call is made from.
When routing calls
- Incoming calls to an 0700 or 0800 number from Yettel mobile numbers, and from subscribers on national fixed networks, can be routed to offices you nominate in advance.
- For calls from other national mobile operators, routing is possible only to one office determined in advance.
Questions and answers
To use National Contact 0700 and National Contact 0800 you need a main number of the form 0700890XX or 0800900XX, and at least 2 additional Yettel numbers for the incoming calls from your main number to be distributed to.
You also need to choose a suitable subscription plan for the additional numbers.
