The “Internet for business” service provides internet connectivity for private and business customers. It is provided only at the specific address of use named in the contract.
When the service is activated, a check is made in advance of whether it is technically possible to provide it at the customer’s specific address. Activation completes only where that is the case.
The customer receives a 4G Wi-Fi router and a SIM card for access to Yettel’s network from the address the customer has given. The customer installs the device on their premises following the manufacturer’s instructions.
On a 12-month contract, or one with no fixed term, the customer pays an additional one-off fee for use of the device.
The maximum speed for the service is up to 25 Mbps down and up to 5 Mbps up; the service’s parameters may vary.
The customer uses internet at full speed up to 200 GB within the billing period. Once that full-speed data volume is used up, the connection is limited to a maximum of 256 kbps down and up until the end of the billing period.
The service is available solely at the address the customer has given. If the address changes, the technical check is carried out again for the new address; Yettel may decline to provide the service at the new address.
A static IP address can be provided with the service at an additional €1.70 per month excluding VAT. It can be requested from your account manager, in a Yettel store, or at the customer service centre.
Detailed information about the service’s terms is in the “Questions and answers” section.
