These B Office Line terms apply to business customers signing a new contract for a term of one or two years.
Included minutes left unused in a billing period do not carry over to the next one.
The minimum initial charging time for national and international calls is 60 seconds, after which charging is per second.
The fixed number can only be used within the fixed zone named in your fixed services contract.
Calls to other national fixed numbers can be made to fixed-telephony users of operators Yettel has interconnection agreements with.

Questions and answers
To call a fixed number in Bulgaria you always dial the area code followed by the number, including for calls within the same area. For example: in Sofia, to reach the fixed number 123 45 67 in the same city, dial 02 123 45 67; to reach the same number in Varna, dial 052 123 45 67. Mobile and international numbers are dialled as normal. Numbers sharing a geographic code are local to each other; numbers with different codes are long distance.
