The solution was built in partnership with Swipe.bg — the first platform of its kind in Bulgaria, created to encourage the circular economy through the reuse of mobile devices.

The service covers certain models from Apple, Samsung, Xiaomi and Huawei, as well as Apple tablets. All other devices are recycled in an environmentally responsible way.
Questions and answers
Only devices from Apple, Samsung, Huawei and Xiaomi qualify for buy-back. Devices of all other brands are passed on for recycling.
No — everything is free for the customer.
No. Between 1 and 1000 devices are accepted in one batch.
No. The service applies to any device, as long as it is unlocked.
The devices are assessed and, where they qualify, repaired and offered for reuse. Where reuse is not possible they are recycled responsibly, and their usable parts go into new products.
Yes. For devices that qualify for buy-back you receive market value, which can serve as an additional resource for your business. No value is assigned to devices that are recycled.
Yes. On request we can provide certificates for the devices handed over for recycling or reuse, along with information on the CO₂ emissions saved — suitable for your ESG and CSR reporting.
No. If personal data remains on a mobile device, it is erased with specialist software.
