It helps you catch leaks, theft and excess consumption in good time, and when unusual levels are detected it sends notifications straight to your phone or tablet. That way you can follow your consumption from anywhere, through the app or through the web portal.

The service is offered on a monthly subscription under a 24-month contract. Smart Monitoring is provided in partnership with a third party, and accordingly Yettel Bulgaria EAD is not responsible for the availability of the application, the information stored in it, or its functions or content.

You can monitor whichever environmental parameters matter to you and, based on the information the platform collects and processes, analyse and correct their values in good time.
Installation is carried out within 10 working days of the contract being signed.
We offer an innovative monitoring platform that can alert you through a mobile app and by email whenever a monitored value crosses a threshold you have set — a leak, high or low consumption, low pressure, a level, or a high or low temperature in your office, building, warehouse or factory. You can download the app for Android or iOS, and there is a convenient web interface as well.
Our devices are CE-certified low-power data loggers supporting GSM and NB-IoT for data transfer. They have also come through a year-long trial period on the Sofiyska Voda network and with a number of international service providers.
